As founder and president of Counter Culture Inc, Alex has been a leading figure in the world of stone fabrication for over 2 decades. With experience ranging from hand fabrication to large scale project management and everything in between, every project is carefully managed with his utmost care and attention. Alex’s guidance and customer service pedigree allows Counter Culture to flourish as a leader in the Greater Toronto Area.
Arek
General Manager
Since Counter Cultures conception in 2017, Arek has brought decades of experience in shop management, organization, installation and general shop duties. His attention to detail, personable relationship with clients and overall positive attitude has made Counter Culture a cut above all competitors in quality and customer service.
Armando
Lead Installer/Stone Mason
A classically trained stone mason, Armando has become an integral part of the Counter Culture team by providing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to every custom project. His vast experience and knowledge in installation, hand crafting and quality control, has allowed Counter Culture to evolve and become more versatile for todays custom stone demand.
Gazmir
Lead Installer
Since joining the Counter Culture team, Gazmir has become an integral part of the day to day operations both inside the shop and out in the field. His experience as an installer in North America and Europe has brough a level of skill rarely found. From tile and slab setting, to hand fabrication, Gazmir can do it all.
Yuri
Project Manager
The youngest of the Counter Culture team, Yuri is an eager student of the trade and great help in both project management, office management and internal shop assistance. His ability to create layouts, estimate projects, handle various accounting tasks and absorb the decades of experience being taught, Yuri will surely become an all-star in the stone fabrication business.
